Summary:

The fish farming is an activity practiced from antiquity. Nowadays this activity, due to all the studies either related with the development and enlarging of this species or the evolution of the facilities and the hydraulic subject, it becomes a very good investment opportunity in the agrifood sector. Moreover the overexploitation of seas and oceans is other of very much arguments, not economical, that justify its development. However, it's not usual to find studies about profitability and economical viability of these species, and by no means up to date, so we pretend to give some indexes or parameters that they allow to face many investments in this sector with guarantees, which we think that has a very good future. For that, we'll use the usual criteria in order to evaluate the profitability of an investment: VAN, TIR, Payback and Profit Investment Ratio, completed these with an elasticity analysis.
