It has been described the characteristics of the 'Perellons' apple local variety around "La Marina" into Valencia area.
It show up the extend size of the fruit like an inverted pear the gross skin characteristic, and the pleasant taste with less acid contents.
It mainteins good adaptations to the area, allowing developments under dry climates and freeze spring risks.
